Deleting your Ustah account
How to delete your account in the Ustah app (developed by Ustah SH.P.K. (në themelim)) and what happens to your data.

1. In the app
Profile › Settings › Delete account. Confirm with the code we send you. Deletion is immediate.
2. On the website
Sign in on ustah.app, tap the settings icon (⚙) › Delete account, and type the confirmation word.
3. Without access to your account
Write to hello@ustah.app from the email address or phone number linked to the account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm in writing.
4. What is deleted
Immediately: your profile, phone number, email, photos, tradesperson profile and gallery, notifications and linked devices, identity document.
Your messages and requests are anonymised: the other person keeps their own history but no longer sees your name.
5. What is kept, and why
Subscription invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law. They contain nothing beyond what is printed on the invoice.
